A Mindful Morning: A Two-Part Experiential Wellness Series for lululemon
This two-part series began with an exclusive preview event designed to engage influential leaders from San Diego’s wellness community. Guests were immersed in lululemon’s brand values of connection and mindfulness through a curated plant-based menu and intentional experiences that underscored the brand’s commitment to wellness and sustainability.
As part of a broader experiential marketing campaign, the event was strategically crafted to spark social media buzz and drive anticipation for our flagship ticketed experience: A Mindful Morning. I partnered with local businesses and vendors to ensure every element reflected lululemon’s brand ethos, from concept to execution.
The series culminated in A Mindful Morning, an outdoor wellness experience focused on community and intentional living. Highlights included guided meditation and yoga led by lululemon ambassadors, a plant-based brunch by Blissful Gatherings, and a curated popup market featuring local wellness vendors.
With a new San Diego store opening on the horizon, the challenge was generating genuine buzz in a market that had seen plenty of brand activations. A Mindful Morning was designed around a simple insight: the most credible hype doesn't come from the brand, it comes from the community. By opening with an exclusive preview event for San Diego's most influential wellness voices, we seeded anticipation and social content before a single ticket was sold, giving local influencers an insider experience worth sharing and giving their audiences a reason to show up. The ticketed public activation that followed brought that energy to life at scale, deepening relationships with local businesses, activating the ambassador ecosystem, and creating an experience that felt earned rather than marketed.
